I provide therapy for children, teen, adults, and couples who want to feel better and create meaningful change in their lives. In therapy, I often work with people who struggle with their emotions and behaviours which can leave them feeling weighed down, overwhelmed, and at a loss of what to do next. Struggling in any of these areas can make you feel lonely, isolated and want to withdraw in different areas of your life.

Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful change in your life. I’m committed to meeting clients where they are at so they learn how to build healthier patterns from the ground up, which is easier to maintain long-term. My work focuses on targeting current life circumstances in combination with identifying past experiences that have contributed to the present, and how to move forward in a positive way. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals and create tailored therapy plans to fit the needs of each individual person. I create a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental space where clients have the opportunity to be vulnerable to work through their current struggles to move to a better place with a sense of peace.

I’m passionate about helping clients create significant shifts and positive change in their lives. I am always furthering myself and my skill set to benefit my clients’ needs. I support individuals and couples who have experienced a range of traumas, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviours, obsessive compulsive disorder and eating disorders, and I use a combination of modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, and Mindfulness-based interventions that work to integrate the mind, body, and emotions towards a place where positive change can occur.
